Captain Courageous and the Hanson Institute in South Australia are aiming to raise AU$1,000,000 to sponsor a novel research project to assist in finding the cause, and hopefully the cures, for children suffering from Bone Marrow Failure Diseases. Whilst these diseases are rare, unlocking the cause of these diseases could not only lead to a cure but potentially a break through for more common blood diseases such as Leukaemia.
